Kuwait Affirms Ongoing Visa Restrictions for 7 Nationalities

The Ministry of Interior, via its official website, has debunked misinformation circulating on social media regarding visa openings to specific countries. It reaffirms that all official visa decisions will be communicated solely through its official channels. Individuals are urged to refer to credible sources and regularly check the Ministry's website for updates.

Application Procedures for Various Nationalities

Earlier, there were rumors circulating regarding the acceptance of visa applications from all nationalities, including those from restricted countries such as Yemen, Syria, Iran, Afghanistan, Iraq, Sudan, and Pakistan. However, these applications are subject to stringent security screenings, and upon clearance, applicants may be granted approval for either a tourist or family visa.

Submission Process and Platform for Appointments

Applicants must personally submit their applications based on their residential address as indicated on their civil ID. The process adheres to the standard procedures for transactions involving other nationalities. Additionally, the Ministry of Interior has announced the opening of applications for family, tourist, and commercial visits under new conditions, with prior appointments required through the Meta platform.
