Among those implicated was an Egyptian national allegedly operating from abroad, who used a social media account to advertise illegal immigration services. Authorities in Kuwait arrested several of his local associates and seized devices and forged documents used in the scheme.

As part of international cooperation, the case has been referred to Egyptian authorities for further action. The MoI emphasized that investigations are ongoing and warned that those who attempt to exploit the system will face strict legal consequences.

The Ministry urged the public to follow all residency and visa regulations, reaffirming its commitment to upholding the law and ensuring the integrity of Kuwait’s immigration processes.
