What Is Eid Al Adha?

Also known as the Festival of Sacrifice, Eid Al Adha honors the story of Prophet Ibrahim, who was willing to sacrifice his son in obedience to God. The festival is observed with prayers, acts of charity, family gatherings, and the ritual sacrifice of livestock, which is then distributed to those in need.

With a confirmed five-day weekend, now’s the perfect time for families across Kuwait to start planning their celebrations, travels, or well-deserved rest.
