The Arena Challenge is Coming to Kuwait on This Date

If you're looking to get into a healthy exercise routine, check out The Arena Challenge, which will take place at The Arena Kuwait from Mar. 13 to Mar. 22.

The Arena Challenge will include the following sessions:

The Masterclass

There will be two daily masterclasses for the duration of the event, which will feature a thirty-minute session with a trainer. 

There will be separate sessions available for men and women. 

Team Challenge

This is a competition, separate for men and women, which requires teams of five to compete through a series of physical and mental challenges. 

The competition consists of 10 challenges to be completed in thirty minutes!

Padel Court

The Arena Challenge includes exciting sports such as the padel court. Teams of two can register daily and each game will be thirty minutes long. 

For women, slots will be available from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., while for men, slots will be available from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
