According to the Ministry of Commerce and Industry personnel, an electronics’ shop in Kuwait has faced penalties and fines for selling the latest edition of a smartphone brand claimed to be “iPhone 15” at a higher price than its normal price.

The shop was taking the advantage of the new product knowing it was already in high demand since it is yet to be officially released in Kuwait’s market.
