The Moon Is Slowly Drifting Away From The Earth. Could We Eventually Lose It?

For over four billion years the Moon has been our faithful friend, causing tides, stabilising the Earth's spin and setting the rhythm of life on Earth - in various ways things scientists are still researching today. However, although it will seemingly stay fixed in the night sky of night, the Moon is not in stasis.
