Al-Dhubaibi confirmed that the committee has received 14,360 appeals as of Wednesday, May 14. The window to submit a grievance officially opened on Sunday, May 4, and will remain open for 60 days.

Speaking to the Kuwait News Agency (KUNA), Al-Dhubaibi emphasized that the committee is accepting grievances seven days a week, including during official holidays, to make sure the process is smooth and accessible for everyone.

The committee recently reviewed a report summarizing the complaints submitted so far, along with detailed statistics and the steps being taken to evaluate each appeal. All submissions are being processed through the committee’s official online portal.

The grievances are linked to decisions published in the official gazette Kuwait Al-Youm, covering decrees issued between February 20, 2024, and April 30, 2025, related to citizenship withdrawal, revocation, or loss.

Al-Dhubaibi made it clear that only grievances submitted through the official platform will be considered. Appeals previously filed or submitted through other channels will not be reviewed.

For those who want to file an appeal, the official grievance form is available at: https://nationalitygrievances.cmgs.gov.kw/
