HH the Prime Minister Sheikh Ahmad Al-Nawaf Al-Sabah has instructed civic bodies to present a vision for applying flexible working hours in government entities.
Ultimately, the objective is to have employees working specific hours regardless of time of attendance or leave, Al-Qabas newspaper reported.
Among the criteria is distributing the employees across the day to help reduce traffic jams that occur during rush hours.
