Authorities in Kuwait have announced a ban on several public celebrations during Eid al-Fitr.
The Kuwait Ministry of Interior said plays, concerts, and wedding celebrations will not be allowed until further notice as part of precautionary measures aimed at limiting large gatherings.
Move Aimed at Strengthening Security
Officials said the temporary ban is intended to enhance security and safety requirements during the current period.
Authorities stressed that the decision is meant to reduce crowding and help maintain public order while the country monitors the situation.
Public Urged to Follow the Rules
The ministry called on residents and citizens to fully comply with the instructions and cooperate with authorities.
Officials warned that violating the restrictions could lead to legal consequences.
