Dubai: Azhar, Vatican Officials to Attend Human Fraternity Festival

The Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence has announced representatives of over 40 ministries and government agencies will participate in the Human Fraternity Festival on February 2-5 at Expo 2020 Dubai.
Representatives of Azhar and Vatican will attend the festival, which will convene under the patronage and in the attendance of Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence.
The festival commemorates the International Day of Human Fraternity by organising local and international events to promote the principles of The Declaration on Human Fraternity including: peace, freedom of belief, tolerance, ethics, the protection of houses of worship, counterterrorism, positive citizenship, East-West relations, women’s rights, children’s rights, protection of the vulnerable.
The festival will support implementation of the document’s principles of peaceful coexistence and tolerance of people from different cultures and nationalities while working together on projects which serve society and the world, ensuring a better future for all.
