Recent space observations seem to show that huge, rolling atmospheric waves, kicked up when solar wind messes around with Mars, are shoving Martian air straight into deep space, like without much chance to come back. Somehow this also gives fresh clarity on how the Red Planet went from being water rich, to becoming mostly a dry desert.
