Flags in Dubai will fly at half mast for 10 days from today as a mark of respect for the late Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance, who passed away today morning.
Work at government departments and institutions in the Emirate will be suspended for three days, starting tomorrow, Thursday, March 25.
