When individuals enter the career path, they have a basic ambition, which is to acquire a stable job, earn high wages, and gradually work up the ladder. At the beginning of their careers, titles, wages and acceptance by other people are the greatest reward of success. However after some time, most Americans reflect and notice how they actually should have been, which was not what they did. It was not only about work hard or have loyalty to a single company.
