How presales work: the single rule to memorize
The golden rule: ARMY Membership → register on Weverse for the presale → verify identity / link accounts. Only verified ARMY members get access to the ARMY Membership presale for the announced shows. After the membership presale comes the general onsale (open to anyone), usually the weekend after. The tour’s official ticket pages have step-by-step presale windows.
Important presale dates & windows (mark your calendar)
-
ARMY presale registration on Weverse (open): Jan 13 — Jan 18, 2026 (regional cutoffs vary; check deadlines per market).
-
ARMY Membership Presale (ticket purchase window): Jan 22, 2026 (select shows Jan 23).
-
General onsale (everyone): Jan 24, 2026 (start times vary by city — check local listings).
These are the official windows you need to meet to get verified access. If you miss the registration cut-off, you can still try general sale — but expect heavy demand.
Country-specific rules (so you don’t get blocked at checkout)
South Korea — Goyang (NOL World)
If you’re targeting the Goyang dates, ticketing runs through NOL World (Interpark’s global portal). Pre-verification (linking your ARMY membership and verifying ID) opens in mid-January — you must complete the pre-verification step within the stated window to join the membership presale. NOL also enforces name/ID checks at pickup or entry, so the ticket buyer’s name must match the buyer’s ID.
Japan — raffle system (Lawson / Weverse raffle)
Japan uses a raffle (not strictly first-come-first-served). You must sign up for the raffle on Weverse during the raffle sign-up window, then enter during the raffle entry window. Winners are drawn fairly and allocated the chance to buy (limits apply). Read the Japan notice carefully and follow the Lawson Ticket instructions if you’re eligible.
North America & Europe — Ticketmaster + Weverse linkage
North America/Europe presales route through Ticketmaster for many shows. Two non-negotiables:
-
Register for the ARMY presale on Weverse before the registration deadline.
-
Make sure your Weverse email matches your Ticketmaster account email — Ticketmaster will block queue access if they don’t match. General onsale for remaining tickets starts Jan 24 (times vary by market).
Ticket limits, ID checks and membership types (what to expect)
-
ARMY membership types: Global, US, Japan (buy from the Weverse Shop relevant to your region — global members are the safe bet for most international shows). Memberships unlock presale entry and other perks.
-
Ticket limits: Many shows limit 1 ticket per person during presales or raffles (check each show’s notice). Japan raffle entries typically allow one ticket per person per show; other regions may have similar rules.
-
ID matching: Expect name and ID checks. The name on the ARMY membership / ticket / government ID should match. Some venues require the buyer’s exact name for entry or pickup — no exceptions.
Quick step-by-step checklist
-
Buy the right ARMY membership on Weverse (Global/US/Japan as appropriate). Keep the name exactly like your ID.
-
Create or update your Ticketmaster (or local ticketing) account and make its email the same as your Weverse email.
-
Register for the ARMY Membership Presale on Weverse between Jan 13–18 (region times vary). Don’t miss the cut-off.
-
Complete any pre-verification the local ticketing page asks for (e.g., NOL World for Korea — scan ID if required).
-
Show up for the presale window (Jan 22 and select Jan 23 shows) — or be ready for general onsale on Jan 24.
Ticketing sanity tips (because you’ll want calm nerves)
-
Match emails now — change your Ticketmaster email before the presale cut-off. It's an easy block that trips many people.
-
If you’re going for Japan, follow the raffle sign-up dates exactly (missing the sign-up = no entry).
-
Expect heavy traffic; log in early, have payment details ready, and use a wired connection if possible.
-
Scams and resellers spike — if you miss the onsale, official resale platforms (Ticketmaster/venue-sanctioned services) are safer than random marketplaces.
