Tuna Pasta Salad
500g spiral pasta
2 cans of tuna
1 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
1 green bell pepper, chopped
½ yellow bell pepper, chopped
½ red bell pepper, chopped
2 small onions, sliced
1 cup black olives, chopped
Dressing
1 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tablespoon vinegar
salt and black pepper to taste

  1. Cook the pasta

    Place the pasta in a pot of salted water to a boil and cook it for about 10 minutes, rinse with cold water, drain, and set aside.
  2. Prepare the dressing

    Whisk together the mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, garlic, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  3. Combine all the ingredients

    In a large mixing bowl, add the pasta, cherry tomatoes, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, onions, black olives, and tuna, then pour the dressing on top and stir the mixture until well combined.
  4. Refrigerate then serve!
