Kuwait Temporarily Shuts Down Airspace

Kuwait has announced the temporary closure of its airspace, following the Iranian retaliatory attack on the US airbase in Qatar on Monday, June 23. 

The decision follows Qatar and the UAE's closure of their airspace on Monday evening. Iran's attack followed the US' attack on Iranian nuclear sites on Saturday, June 21. 

Following the attack on the airbase, Qatar's defence ministry assured that it intercepted the missiles and there were no casualties were reported.
