Typically, priorities shift as they age, in a manner that feels very freeing. In many cases, baby boomers have a life stage where they just don't want to be doing something just to please someone else, or to keep up with the trend, or to avoid unnecessary drama. Instead, they appreciate people who are peaceful, comfortable, honest and respecting their time. Not everything older generations would like to deal with anymore is up for debate from some younger folks, although some might, simply because they don't feel like wasting their time on unnecessary nonsense.
