The UAE implemented a system for long-term residence visas, known as the UAE Golden Visa, in 2019. The system enables foreigners to live, work and study in the UAE without the need of a national sponsor and with 100% ownership of their business on the UAE’s mainland. These visas will be issued for 5 or 10 years and will be renewed automatically.
The UAE Golden Visa is open for certain individuals in the UAE to gain long term residency, including investors, inventors, artists, entrepreneurs, outstanding students and more and now you can apply for a nomination for the UAE Golden Business visa.
