The pop culture festival is set to take over Kuwait International Fairground from September 24 to 26, 2026, with bigger stars and deeper fan experiences.

Kuwait’s pop culture calendar is getting a major highlight this fall as Comfest officially returns, promising its biggest edition yet. The festival will take place from September 24 to 26, 2026, at the Kuwait International Fairground, bringing together fans of movies, TV, gaming, anime, comics and more for three days of immersive entertainment.

Organisers say the 2026 edition marks a new chapter for the event, which has been building its community since 2017. This year’s festival is being positioned as a major step forward, with more stars, deeper experiences and larger-scale attractions designed to create what they describe as “unforgettable moments” for fans across the region.

Comfest has grown steadily over the years into one of Kuwait’s key pop culture gatherings, attracting visitors eager to meet creators, explore fandom spaces and take part in interactive activities.

While the full line-up of guests and programming is yet to be revealed, organisers have teased a significantly expanded experience compared to previous editions.

Previous editions of the festival have hosted global stars like Tom Hiddleston, Jamie Campbell Bower, Elizabeth Olsen, and others.

With three days of activities planned and the Kuwait International Fairground once again serving as the venue, Comfest 2026 is expected to draw thousands of fans and cement its place as a must-attend event for pop culture lovers in Kuwait and beyond.
