According to the global data website Numbeo's Safety Index 2022, Abu Dhabi has been ranked the safest city in the world for the sixth year in a row,
The UAE capital has an overall safety score of 88.14 while Sharjah is ranked fourth with a score of 85.83 while Dubai (83.7) is eighth on the list.

Doha is in the second spot and is followed by San Sebastian (Spain), with Taipei, Quebec City, Funchal (Portugal), Zurich and Munich also featuring in the top-10.
