Kuwait’s beloved winter festival returns with fresh thrills, surprise attractions and expanded fun

Kuwait’s much-anticipated fourth season of Winter Wonderland is gearing up to return, as announced by the Touristic Enterprises Company (TEC). Promising an even more spectacular experience than before, this year’s edition is expected to bring brand new attractions, expanded zones, and big surprises for visitors of all ages.
The announcement has already sparked excitement among families, locals, and visitors eager to relive the enchanting winter magic.
In past seasons, Winter Wonderland has transformed the defunct Shaab Park site into a festive, immersive amusement destination — complete with rides, games, performances, and themed decorations.
The event has consistently attracted large crowds, with early editions reporting over 60,000 visitors in just three weeks and more than 100,000 overall attendees over its run.

TEC has already teased a headline attraction: a new ride called “Höllenblitz,” described as the world’s largest indoor roller coaster, is slated to be added in the upcoming season. This addition hints at the ambitious scale and novelty that the organizers are aiming for.
While an exact launch date has not yet been confirmed publicly, details about the 2025 timing and schedule are expected to follow soon. In the meantime, prospective visitors can prepare by keeping tabs on official channels and news updates.
