Ulta Beauty Reveals Stores' Locations in Kuwait and Dubai

Kuwaiti franchise operator Al-Shaya Group revealed where the first Ulta Beauty store in Kuwait will open this year. 

The store will open in The Avenues Mall; another Ulta Beauty store is set to open at Mall of Emirates in Dubai, UAE. 

Both stores will open in late 2025, according to the franchise operator. 

The partnership between Ulta Beauty and AlShaya Group was announced in January of this year. 

Following the opening of the stores in Kuwait and Dubai, the brand will open more stores across the GCC in 2026. 

The CEO of Ulta Beauty, Kecia Steelman, said, "We are looking forward to bringing Ulta Beauty’s differentiated business model to the Middle East, working in partnership with Alshaya Group, starting with Kuwait and Dubai and with more locations to follow."
