Kheer
5 cups milk, full cream
1/4 cup rice (washed)
1/2 cup sugar
4 green cardamoms
10-12 raisins
10-12 almonds, shredded and blanched

  1. Boil rice and milk

    Boil the rice and milk together in a deep pan.
  2. Simmer the mixture

    Lower the heat and constantly stir till the rice is well-cooked and milk has thickened.
  3. Add other ingredients
