Fruit Chaat Ingredients
1 Apple, chopped into small pieces
1 Pear, diced
1 Orange, peeled and slices separated
1 Mango, peeled and diced
5 Strawberries, diced
½ cup Grapes, halved
¼ cup Pomegranate seeds
¼ teaspoon Black salt
¼ teaspoon Roasted Cumin Powder
½ teaspoon Chaat Masala add
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper powder
2 teaspoon lemon juice
6-8 Mint leaves, chopped

  1. Mix Fruit with Masala and Spices

    In a large bowl, add all the chopped and sliced fruit. Add all the spices to the fruit and mix properly, so that they are nicely blended.
  2. Add Lemon Juice and Refrigerate

    Add lemon juice and stir it in properly. Refrigerate the fruit for 30 minutes to an hour.
  3. Garnish and Serve
