½ teaspoon salt

For the Pita

3 8" Lebanese Pita Bread
¼ cup olive oil
1 teaspoon sumac
¼ teaspoon salt

For the sauce

2 cups plain yogurt
¼ cup tahini paste
1 garlic clove
½ lemon, juice of
¼ teaspoon salt

For the garnish

¼ cup slivered almonds
2 tablespoons olive oil
¼ cup minced parsley
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
