Expats in Kuwait with Expired Passports Can Process Them Through Their Embassies

The Director General of the General Department of Residency Affairs, General Farid Al-Mutairi, has issued a significant circular permitting the processing of residents whose passports have expired but were extended through their respective embassies. According to the circular, authorities are now authorized to complete various transactions using expired passports, provided that the passport extension has been officially stamped within the document. This letter must explicitly confirm the validity of the passport extension.
