Camping Season to Begin in Kuwait on This Date

Outdoor enthusiasts in Kuwait can officially mark their calendars—camping season is back! According to Faisal Al-Otaibi, Head of Kuwait Municipality’s Spring Camps Committee, the 2025–2026 camping season will kick off on November 15, 2025, and continue through March 15, 2026.

This popular annual tradition invites residents to enjoy Kuwait’s mild winter weather and stunning desert landscapes.

This year’s camping season will feature 14 designated sites, offering safe, organised areas for families and groups to set up their tents. The Municipality has emphasized its commitment to maintaining environmental safety and ensuring that all campers adhere to regulations to preserve Kuwait’s natural surroundings.

For those planning to set up a camp, online registration opens on November 15, coinciding with the start of the season. Interested campers can secure their spot by paying a KD 100 refundable insurance deposit and a KD 50 non-refundable license fee. These fees help ensure proper camp maintenance and environmental protection throughout the season.
