Timing Revealed for Eid Al Adha 2026 Prayers
Official guidelines ensure safe and orderly Eid prayers across Kuwait’s mosques this year.
Kuwait’s Ministry of Islamic Affairs has officially announced the timing for the Eid Al Adha 2026 prayers, set to begin at 5:05 am at mosques where Friday prayers are regularly held. The ministry emphasized that prayers will be conducted exclusively indoors, and no outdoor prayer gatherings will be permitted.
This announcement provides clarity for worshippers preparing to observe one of the most significant religious occasions in the Islamic calendar. Eid Al Adha, known as the “Festival of Sacrifice,” commemorates the Prophet Ibrahim’s devotion and is marked by communal prayers, charitable acts, and family celebrations.
The ministry’s decision to restrict prayers to mosque interiors aligns with efforts to maintain order and safety during the large congregations expected on the day of Eid.
Worshippers are encouraged to arrive early and adhere to mosque guidelines to ensure a smooth and respectful prayer experience.
