Salad and Go is permanently closing all of its remaining locations after filing for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. CEO Mike Tattersfield confirmed the decision in an official statement, while FOX 10 Phoenix, AZFamily, and the Phoenix Business Journal reported that the chain's final day of service will be Wednesday, August 5.
