Elon Musk changed his profile name on X to 'Kekius Maximus'; he also changed his profile picture to the "Pepe the Frog" meme.
Kekius Maximus has recently become popular because of his reputation in the cryptocurrency market.
On the other hand, netizens are speculating that the moniker is a combination of Pepe the Frog and Russell Crowe’s character, Maximus Decimus Meridius, in the 2000 hit film 'Gladiator'.

Pepe was initially a cartoon in the 'Boys Club' comic club series, but it allegedly became associated with white supremacists and the alt-left during the 2016 presidential election.
Mush has not responded to speculations, and neither has he clarified why he has made these changes to his X account.
