Dubai Municipality Children issued new rule barring children under the age of five to use the adult swimming pools in Dubai hotels.
This new regulation also includes when children are accompanied by parents.

Children must always have adult supervision in the swimming pool area.
The circular says the rules must be displayed in a clearly visible place and be printed in both English and Arabic.
