Bahraini Rapper Flipperachi Secures Guinness World Record with 'Fa9la'

Bahraini hip-hop artist Flipperachi has made history by earning a Guinness World Record after his Arabic track ‘Fa9la’ climbed to the top of the Arabia Billboard charts, marking an unprecedented achievement for the rapper and his music.

The track, featured in the Bollywood blockbuster ‘Dhurandhar’, has not only driven Flipperachi into the international spotlight but also helped his song achieve rare recognition on regional music charts,  an achievement officially recognised by Guinness World Records.

Born Hussam Aseem in Manama, Bahrain, Flipperachi has spent more than a decade building his unique sound that blends Arabic rap with modern beats. Fa9la, pronounced “Faasla”, serves as a signature example of this fusion, capturing listeners with its energetic rhythm and cross-cultural appeal after its inclusion in ‘Dhurandhar’, particularly accompanying a memorable scene featuring actor Akshaye Khanna.

Since the film’s release, ‘Fa9la’ has taken social media by storm, inspiring memes, dance videos, and viral content across platforms. Its success has extended far beyond Bahrain and India, resonating with global audiences and showcasing the track’s wide appeal.
